Hi, I’m Regan MacBain Traub, Founder of The Human Resource Consortium. For the past 3 decades, I’ve been known for advancing the vision of HR’s true potential as a performance catalyst by guiding successful organizational culture and HR transformation in addition to advancing the profession through volunteer leadership.
My belief in the potentiality of higher value from HR and organizational development emerged from seeing remarkable success of aligned and integrated solutions within healthcare, financial services, and global manufacturing operations.
For decades, Peter Senge’s approaches, disciplines, and framework of seeing and creating ‘the interrelationships within the whole’ have substantially increased efficacy within highly successful organizations’ operations, finance, IT, and engineering… but, not HR. Why not? Untapped and significant organizational value resides within HR, too.
In 1995, The Human Resource Consortium was the first comprehensive and integrated solutions-based, HR and organizational development consultancy on the East Coast. And in 2017, David Ulrich, PhD.
