Starting Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 DOE

Who are we looking for?

A compassionate, well-organized, and resilient leader who knows the Hartford community and what it’s like to work with high risk youth. And, who’s earned:

  • Bachelor’s or Graduate degree or equivalent experience yet knows there’s much more to learn;
  • Trust from proven expertise in youth development work with high risk young people with families;
  • Astute crisis management and safety knowledge and practices;
  • Reputation for high integrity, engaging personality, and ability to create fun;
  • Experience working with DCF, the courts, and social justice agencies as well as supervision of bilingual (Spanish) staff and programs;
  • Continuous teambuilding and collaboration kudos;
  • Adept ability to prioritize while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment that’s always changing;
  • Respect from individuals across all walks of life, gender, race, abilities, and cultures.
