Reputation for niche strategy solutions and high service provider partner with dozens of cost centers and contracts in behavioral health and human services. 140 staff in relatively flat structure, stable staffing, and hybrid work environment.

A proven, highly effective innovative and collaborative CEO with healthcare or human services expertise, communication and implementation acumen. And, who’s earned:

  • Graduate degree in business/public/healthcare administration;
  • A proven reputation for being trusted and transparent with adept internal and external communication and relationship building, collaboration, teaming/partnering, brainstorming, and serving with humility and a positive mindset;
  • Astute healthcare, behavioral healthcare, or human services leadership insight, knowledge, and respect within the field;
  • Entrepreneurial leadership success in a dynamic and evolving field;
  • Reputation for high integrity, engaging personality, and ability to engage staff and clients;
  • Expertise in building highly effective leadership and management teams;
  • Excellence in succession planning, change championship, and fostering a learning organization.
  • Valued esteem working in partnership with DCF, DMHAS, DSS and others;
  • Adept ability to prioritize, delegate, and create a culture of accountability while multi-tasking in an environment that’s always changing;
