Elizabeth Jenswold brings clients a Fortune 100 executive perspective and a distinguished record of leading Human Resources and Talent strategies across a wide range of industries, including financial services, (banking, corporate real estate, automotive finance), retail, non-profit, and private equity. She possesses deep expertise in talent management, executive recruitment, organizational design and development, and large-scale transformational initiatives—including AI role redesign, technology adaptation, and implementation. Elizabeth also has led high-performing teams in communications, HR business partnering, talent acquisition and management, and compensation. She has implemented dynamic, customized talent management and succession frameworks, assessed organizational sentiment through surveys and focus groups, developed leadership and manager development programs, modernized HR structures, advanced executive recruitment and talent acquisition practices, and strengthened employment branding. A collaborative and globally minded leader, Elizabeth is known for cultivating “one team” cultures that drive alignment across functions and geographies.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has held progressively impactful, senior leadership positions with globally recognized organizations including CBRE, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Toyota, and Mary Kay Cosmetics. She has directed HR strategies across more than 100 countries, leading teams ranging in size from 250 to 25,000 employees. During her five years living in Shanghai, China, she founded an HR consulting practice and served as Head of Marketing for the Jane Goodall Institute.
Elizabeth’s leadership has consistently produced measurable business impact. At CBRE, she drove operational efficiencies generating more than $350 million in cumulative savings. At JPMorgan Chase, she designed HR strategies that improved client satisfaction by 4% and enhanced executive team performance, resulting in measurable increases in productivity, profitability, and employee engagement. She also played pivotal roles in major mergers and acquisitions, with focus on integration, cultural alignment, and building unified teams to respect and leverage each organization’s unique history, accomplishments, and capabilities.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Elizabeth is deeply committed to community advancement and social impact. In 2019, she was invited to the White House to participate in a Business Roundtable discussion on early childhood education and subsequently led regional sessions in North Texas promoting holistic approaches to early childhood development in the U.S. In 2018, she championed and launched an initiative at JPMorgan Chase dedicated to hiring individuals from the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) community, while additionally expanding access to underrepresented talent pools, including women, veterans, and alternative workforce solutions.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Texas Christian University (TCU). She is an alumna of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Leadership Program, the Deloitte CHRO Program, and the Mandarin Language School in Shanghai, China. She is certified in Hogan, ILS, Gallup StrengthsFinder, and DISC, and has completed extensive executive coaching training through Columbia University. Elizabeth currently serves as Chair of the Board of Visitors for the Bob Schieffer College of Communication at TCU and as a Board Member for Child Care Associates, a federally funded Head Start Program. She frequently speaks on leadership, inclusion, and social responsibility and has served on numerous nonprofit boards of directors.
