He is highly collaborative and flexes easily between strategic and hands-on human resource management and organizational development needs. With exceptional interpersonal communications strength, Craig excels in team building and improving organizational communications to elevate employee engagement and performance. He is adept as an advisor and coach to leaders and managers as well as in talent acquisition, onboarding, job descriptions, policy administration and employee relations, labor relations, conducting investigations and resolving grievances, performance management and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, training, and conflict and change management. Craig naturally exemplifies that of a business partner to leaders and managers.

With more than twenty-five years of experience in HR leadership and management within entrepreneurial, privately held and multi-state domestic firms as well as those which are private equity owned and publicly traded, Craig’s experience lies primarily within the manufacturing, consumer products and pharmaceutical sectors. Craig has supported numerous client groups, including C-Suite, Engineering, Finance, IT, Logistics, and Customer Service. He particularly enjoys working in both rapid growth and transformational modes and readily adapts to differences in strategies, cultures, and leadership styles.

Craig earned his Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Counseling from the University of Bridgeport (Stamford) and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History from Franklin and Marshall College. Additionally, he maintains his Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute. Craig has long demonstrated his commitment to furthering the HR profession and continues to ‘give back’ through volunteer leadership as Membership Director for the SHRM Southern CT Chapter, Membership Committee and Board Member for the SHRM HR Association of Central CT, Group Leader for the Job Search Work Team to support those who are in career transition, and Connecticut Regional Leader for the Human Capital Foundry.
