His earlier experience grounded him with first-hand as an organizational executive in finance and HR leadership roles. As CFO of Second Image National, he restructured financial processes and systems to sustain 30% growth. As Business Administrator and HR Director for a nonprofit, he led a $2M capital campaign and supported $3.5M in program expansion within four years. And, as Controller/Finance Director of a 1,200-member realtor association, he elevated performance and profitability through operational and financial improvements.
Larry holds his Doctorate and Masters degrees from Azusa Pacific University and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University. He is a licensed psychologist, a Master Certified Trainer of the Life Orientations (LIFO) method, and has conducted executive seminars on candidate assessment, coaching competencies, goal setting, collaborative problem-solving, and interpersonal effectiveness.
