Anne Solomons has over 30 years of stellar experience in leadership development including roles as internal leader, consultant, facilitator, and executive coach. She expertly partners with leaders to align development initiatives with strategic priorities to create measurable improvements in trust, engagement, performance, and culture. Her highly interactive learning programs consistently develop leadership trust, sales and service excellence, accountability, and collaboration.  Additionally, Anne created CARE Communication®, a patented, four-step conversation framework that develops leaders to build trust, ask powerful questions, and guide others toward self-discovery and accountability including conflict resolution.

Working nationwide and internationally, Anne’s experience spans aerospace, communications, construction, consumer services, financial services, government, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, nonprofit, real estate, sports and entertainment, and technology industries. Across industry, she has designed and led leadership programs, facilitated culture development and service initiatives, led train-the-trainer programs, and guided leaders to build collaborative teams.

Clients report increases in customer  satisfaction exceeding 8% and employee engagement of up to 25% as a result of her expertise, reinforcing the link between leadership development and operational performance.  As internal Leadership Program Manager for ChenMed during the firm’s rapid growth to 6,000 employees, Anne provided leadership program design, facilitation, coaching, and led the design and delivery of high impact onboarding.  Consulting to The Miami Heat, she designed and facilitated sales training, strengthening relationship-based sales revenues and client engagement. 

In high tech she has facilitated programs for organizations across locations including KLX Aerospace Solutions where she increased organizational alignment and engagement and for the U.S. Navy, facilitating high impact leadership communications programs for advanced technical professionals to rapidly increase collaboration, influence, and innovation within complex and time-sensitive operational environments. 

Anne holds certifications as an ICF ACC coach, DDI Targeted Selection Certified Practitioner, and MBTI Certified Practitioner.  And, she completed hospitality and tourism management studies at Florida Atlantic University. She has served in leadership roles with the Association for Talent Development (ATD) South Florida Chapter including two terms as President and the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association.
