Stetson Lipps comes to The HRC and its clients as a proven Business Development and HR Services Consultant with two decades of experience in business development management and staffing consulting within the staffing, IT services, and media industries.  His passion lies within building relationships and partnering with clients to co-develop carefully customized solutions for each client.  Stetson employs a consultative methodology that extends beyond traditional job description-based recruiting. Through sustained engagement with client stakeholders and regular strategic updates, he creates a competitive advantage by developing deep understanding of each role’s total scope and its impact on overall organizational operations. This approach enables him to align candidate skills, personality traits, and career objectives with organizational needs, ensuring long-term compatibility in role and with client goals.

Prior to sales management and ‘full desk’ staffing, Stetson worked in media sales administration and account management, growing core business by 127% in the first nine months with recognition for record revenue acceleration.  He also previously worked in media production as well as acting within professional film and television productions where steadfast reliability, professionalism, and collaboration were required for fast-paced, rapid change environments.

 

Stetson earned his dual Bachelors’ degrees in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University.  He has been an active member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and has been an engaged participant in the South Florida technology and business community.
